Since 2018, I have led BCBAs and clinical leaders while designing the systems around their work: organizational structures, process maps, meeting rhythms, templates, fieldwork models, performance reviews, quality standards, and high-acuity supports. I work where clinical ethics, operations, research, teaching, and lived experience converge—and where a humane system also has to function under real conditions.

The work beneath the work

As an Autistic BCBA, I bring professional and lived-experience perspectives to modern behavior analysis—especially around assent, autonomy, dignity, crisis support, and socially meaningful outcomes. I help teams turn good intentions into durable practices that can survive real-world complexity.

I am interested in what a system asks of the people inside it: whose knowledge counts, what becomes invisible in a workflow, and whether the supports we build increase a person’s agency or merely make the institution easier to run.

Working philosophy

Build for real conditionsClinical infrastructure, onboarding, documentation, and quality systems have to work on an ordinary Tuesday—not only in a policy manual.

Keep the person visibleHigh-acuity work still requires assent, autonomy, context, dignity, and outcomes that matter in the person’s actual life.

Translate without flatteningResearch, technical evidence, professional standards, and lived knowledge can become usable without pretending complexity is a defect.

Executive Advisor, Clinical Operations & Professional StandardsCenter for Applied Behavior Analysis · 2022–PresentExecutive-level clinical and operational leadership across four sites and 40+ BCBAs, including senior supervision for BCBAs and regional clinical leaders—not a personal client caseload. Designed the organization’s clinical systems, process maps, templates, organizational structure, meeting model, fieldwork supports, performance-review systems, high-acuity STS infrastructure, DEIA consultation, and Motivity implementation.

Part-time Behavior AnalystBeachmont Behavioral Health · 2025–PresentConduct Functional Behavior Assessments and supervise RBTs and mid-tier supervisors; collaborate with funders, caregivers, and stakeholders.

Regional Lead BCBACenter for Applied Behavior Analysis · 2020–2022Built a new clinical site, secured initial contracts, hired and trained full staff; managed 20+ STS clients with interdisciplinary crisis support.
