What happens after an inquiry
Ashton reviews whether the request is within scope. If it may fit, she may ask focused follow-up questions or propose a conversation. Availability, deliverables, boundaries, fees, scheduling, confidentiality, records handling, and payment are established in writing before work begins.
Not clinical treatment or emergency response
The public inquiry route does not provide individual treatment, clinical intake, emergency response, or an on-call service. If there is immediate risk or danger, contact appropriate local emergency or crisis services.
Behavioral Life Design & Decision Support
This bounded, nonclinical coaching option helps adults examine their own context, choices, boundaries, habits, communication, and systems. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis care, abuse mediation, prediction, or assessment of another person. LENS, Prediction Lab, and private research systems are not part of the public service.
