An inquiry is free and creates no reservation or payment obligation. A date is reserved only after the parties accept the written scope or agreement and any stated deposit or invoice requirement is completed.
Customized consulting
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, split-payment, travel, third-party cost, and refund terms depend on the engagement. They will be stated before payment in the governing proposal or agreement. Those written terms control over general website language.
Digital resources
Before a paid product is connected, its page or hosted checkout will identify the file or access provided, price, license, accessibility information, support route, and applicable refund terms. A product marked In development or Planned collection is not available for purchase.
Courses, groups, and live learning
Any paid cohort, group, supervision, or educational offering will publish its schedule, attendance expectations, transfer or cancellation rules, minimum enrollment conditions, and refund terms before enrollment opens.
Questions about a charge
Use the inquiry route with the exact offering name, transaction date, and payment-provider receipt identifier. Do not include card or bank numbers, client information, or PHI.
